GHANEY Sr., Clarence Benjamin - Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the Health Science Centre on Wednesday, March 21st, 2018, Clarence Benjamin Ghaney Sr. of Conception Harbour - Age 83 years.

Predeceased by his parents: Benjamin and Theresa; son Clarence Jr.; brothers: David (Anna), and Samuel; and brother-in-law Thomas Wall.

Leaving to mourn his wife Elizabeth; sons: Paul and Richard; daughter-in-law Michelle; grandson Trevor; sister Kay Wall; brother Cyril (Kay); special friend Alice Pritchard; and nieces and nephews.  Also, a large circle of extended family and friends.

Clarence was a life long member of Ironworkers Local 764 (NL).

At Clarence's request cremation has taken place.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Monday, March 26th, from 10am-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Colliers, on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018, at 10:30am.  Inurnment to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Conception Harbour.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Clarence's memory can be made to St. Anne's Parish Memorial Fund.
