COSTELLO, Dale Joseph - Passed peacefully away at Vancouver General Hospital on Tuesday, July 24th, 2018, Dale Joseph Costello, formerly of Conception Harbour - Age 41 years.

Predeceased by his grandparents: Daniel and Theresa Costello.

Leaving to mourn his mother Mary B.; special friend Monique; uncles: Eugene, Donald, Patrick, and Father John; aunts: Marion (Jim White), and Roxanne (Terry Fewer); cousins: Shawn, Terrence, Blake, Blair, Tammy, Danica, and Gracie.  Also, extended family and friends.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Thursday, August 2nd, from 11am-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Conception Harbour, on Friday, August 3rd, 2018, at 9:30am.

Interment to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Conception Harbour.
