WHELAN, Damian Francis - Passed away suddenly in the presence of his family on Sunday, February 7th, 2021, Damian Francis Whelan - Age 59 years.

Predeceased by his mother Mary Margaret (nee Connors).

Leaving to mourn his father Ronald; brothers; Ronald Jr. (Marlene), Wayne (Jutta), Dominic (Brenda), Anthony, and Albert (Elaine); sisters: Colleen (Chris), Denise (Winston), and Bernadette; nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; aunts: Anne Whelan (George), Theresa Tymkow (Patrick), Rose McBride, Betty Paradis, and Lillian Connors;  and a wide circle of family and friends.  Also, Damian's musical family, Ironworkers 764 family, and Boilermakers.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with Visitation on Thursday, November 11th, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, and 7:00pm - 9:00pm; and Friday, November 12th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, and 7:00pm - 9:00pm.  Please remember to practice "Social Distancing" during the visitation.

Funeral Mass will take place from Immaculate Conception Church, Colliers, on Saturday, November 13th, 2021, at 11:00am.

Inurnment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Colliers, in the Family Plot.
