CROKE, David Francis - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of David Francis Croke at his home in Marysvale in his 54th year.

Predeceased by his Parents: Tom and Philomena; his Father and Mother-in-law: John and Carmel Cole; Brother-in-law: Johnny Cole and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

David will be forever loved, cherished, remembered and celebrated by: his life partner of 25 years, his Wife Darlene, his Son David John and furry friend Aero. Also, mourning David's passing and celebrating his life and memory are, his Sisters and Brothers: Brenda (Chris) McHugh, Ros (Brett) Efford, Derek (Colleen), Tom (Charissa), Gerard (Vina), Derm (Wanda), Anne (Ernie) Bartlett, Gary (Carolyn); Brother-in-Law Gerry Cole; his Nieces and Nephews: Jillian and Christie McHugh, Darrell and Mark Efford, Deidre Wade, Valerie Croke, Devin Croke, Bethany and Rylan Croke, and Joel Bartlett; Special Niece Jenna; Special Nephews: Martin and Thomas Croke; Special Uncle Jack Croke, numerous other relatives and friends and co-workers from the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.

We extend our thanks to Dr. Emmanuel Jones, Dr. Chaughary Ahmad, Dr. Jonathan Greenland, Dr. Noreen Fardy, the staff of the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre and Public Health Nurse Charlotte Bidgood for their care and professionalism in the last few months.  Special thanks to our family and friends who supported us in many ways.

Visitation will be held at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, on Tuesday, February 28th from 2:00pm - 9:00pm, and Wednesday, March 1st, from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 at 2:00pm at Our Lady of the Snows Church, Marysvale.

Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brigus.

Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in David's memory may be made to St. Patrick's Parish Cemetery Fund or the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
