WADE-RODWAY, Dorothy Catherine - Passed away suddenly at her home in Mount Pearl on Monday, March 10th, 2025, Dorothy Wade-Rodway, formerly of Avondale, at the age of 72.

Predeceased by her son Dee Jay; parents: John and Theresa Wade; brothers: John, Robert, Richard and Michael; sister Patsy.

Leaving to mourn her daughter Dottie Jean; son Wade (fiance Oksana) and Wade's father and dear friend Darrell; brother Terry (Ann); sister Elaine Terry (Rick); special sister-in-law Ann Wade; special friends Marie, Carol and Pat whom Dorothy considered to be sisters by choice; grandchildren: Michael, Makenzie and Jazmin.  Also, a large number of nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

Dorothy was a very loving and kind person.  Making lifetime friends to all who knew her.  She was incredibly caring in her manner and had a wonderful devotion to God, setting aside time everyday to pray.  A very giving person, she always attended to anyone in need.  Her infectious smile and personality was sure to brighten anyones day.  She will be deeply and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Friday, March 14, from 10:00am - 1:00pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Assumption Church, Avondale, Friday, March 14, 2025, at 2:00pm.
