It is with great sadness we announce the passing on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the Health Science Centre after a short illness, Eileen Mary Penney in her 74th year of Avondale.  Predeceased by her husband Samuel in 1997, sisters-in-law: Catherine Cantwell, Agnes Dalton, Theresa Murphy and Mary Ezekiel; and brothers-in law: Tom, John and James Penney.  Left with fond and loving memories 1 daughter Dianne (Tom Hynes); 4 sons: Samuel (Cynthia), Rodney (Karen), Darrell and Keith; her 3 cherished grandchildren: Tiffany (Brad Schoonings), Joshua and Maggie Penney; and extended relatives and friends.  Resting at Conway's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Conception Harbour with visitation on Tuesday, April 29th from 2pm-9pm and Wednesday, April 30th from 2pm-9pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, May 1st, 2014, at 10:30 am from Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Avondale.  Interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery, Avondale.  Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Eileen's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.  Please visit www.conwaysfuneralhome.ca to sign the memorial guest book or send a message of condolence.  "A Mother's Love Is A Blessing".
