Jerome Wade

December 15,1949 - March 11, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a man whose kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love shaped the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

A devoted husband, he shared a lifetime of love and partnership with his beloved wife Joan. Together they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, love and enduring support for their family.

As a father, he led by example-teaching the value of hard work, honesty, and compassion. His children, Charlotte and Jay both knew they could always depend on him for his steady guidance, gentle wisdom and proud encouragement in all they pursued.

He found immense joy in being a grandfather and a great grandfather. Nothing brought a brighter smile to his face then to spend time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Whether teasing and playing with them, laughter, or simple moments together, he created memories that will live on in their hearts forever

He will be remembered as a man of quite generosity and genuine warmth-someone who was always ready to lend a helping hand, offer kind words, or simply listen. His presence brought comfort and strength to his family, friends, and neighbors alike.

Though he will be deeply missed, the love he gave so freely continues through the family he cherished so deeply. His legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the stories he shared and the countless lives he touched.

He leaves behind a family who will forever hold him close to their hearts. Leaving behind his loving wife Joan Wade, daughter Charlotte and wife Leslie, son Jay and his wife Jackie, grandsons Chase(Mellisa), Devin (Kailee), James, Max, his only granddaughter Hannah, and great grandsons Bo, and Waylon.

Also leaving to mourn his sister Linda Hickey and his cousin and best friend Butch Morrissey and his wife Wanda.

The family would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Mom's brothers and sisters and their family's, Mickey and Minnie, Kay, Harold and Maureen and Lucy, whose love and support over the past months has meant so much to Mom and Dad during his illness.
