KELLY, John (Jerry) - It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our Father, John (Jerry) Kelly, at his residence in Avondale, on February 21, 2021, at the age of 96 years.

Predeceased by: The love of his life of 64 years Helen; Daughter Marilyn; Parents: William and Teresa; Brother Bass; Sisters: Agnes, and Betty; Sons-In-Law: Pat Summers, Dale Grant, and Rodney Kenny.  Also, his two best buddies Raymond McGrath, and Mick Cahill.

Left with fond and loving memories of a life well lived are his children: Cheryl, Lorraine, Janet, Bev, Gerard (Leanne), Billy (Bernadette), Gary (Sheryol), Glenis (Gene), and Nora (Dean); 24 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Sister Mona; numerous nieces and nephews.  Also, a large circle of extended family and friends, especially his good friend Paddy Lewis.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Thursday, July 29th, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, and 6:00pm - 9:00pm.  Please remember to practice "Social Distancing" during the visitation.

Funeral Mass will take place from Assumption Church, Avondale, on Friday, July 30th, 2021, at 2:00pm.
