MAHONEY, Kevin Michael - It is with much sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kevin Mahoney of Conception Harbour, at his residence on December 26th, 2017, at the age of 65, surrounded by his family and friends.

He is predeceased by his grandparents; Stephen and Ann Mahoney, and his mother Agnes Mahoney.

Kevin leaves to mourn a large circle of family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all, especially Shirley McCarthy, Frank Hepditch, John Mahoney, Len Whelan, Betty (Kane) Costigan, Doreen Lewis, and Uncle Pete. He also leaves behind his loyal fur companion "Fluffy".

Kevin was a true friend to many. He was known for doing odd jobs in the surrounding communities, especially electrical work.

At Kevin's request cremation has taken place.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Tuesday, January 2nd, from 2:00pm-9:00pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Conception Harbour, on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018, at 10:30am. Inurnment to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Conception Harbour.
