Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the Health Science Centre, St. John's on Saturday, April 20th, 2013, Leonard Ghaney - Age 51 years. Predeceased by his father Leonard Ghaney Sr.; sister Mercedes Gorman; niece Lisa Gorman; nephew Darryl Gorman; special uncle Tom Hearn; brother-in-law Brian Hawco, and parents-in-law Joseph and Mary Wade. Leaving to mourn his two children: Wade and Candace Ghaney and their mother Genevieve; mother Madeline Ghaney; brother and sisters: Bob (Audrey), Steve (Esther), Mary (Frank) Barron, Rose (Jack) Doran, Betty Hawco, John (Shirley), Keith, Kenneth (Laura), Cyril, and Bridget (Bill) Hynes; and uncle Cyril Costello. Also leaving to mourn his nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. Resting at Conway's Funeral Home, Conception Harbour with visitation on Monday, April 22nd from 12 noon-4pm and 7pm-9pm and Tuesday, April 23rd from 12 noon-4pm and 7pm-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, April 24th, 2013 at 11:30am from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Colliers.
