McGRATH, Michael Joseph - It is with great sadness that the McGrath Family announce the peaceful passing of Michael McGrath, on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 at Carbonear General Hospital in his 71st year.

Predeceased by his loving wife Mary of 51 years; parents: Bernard and Alice; brother William; and brother-in-law Gerald Carberry.

Leaving to mourn his daughters: Michelle (Nick), Christine (Jessica), and Colleen (Leo); his sons: Richard (April), and Darrell;  brother Bernard (Barb); and sister Bride; grandchildren: Jasmine, Joshua, Emma, Logan, and Abigail; good friends: Paul Lewis, Mike Mahoney, Rick Dalton, and Tom Gushue, as well as numerous neices and nephews, and a large community of family and friends.

As per Michael's request, cremation has taken place.

Inurnment will take place at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Colliers, Saturday, December 9th, at 11:00am .

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home.

May he rest in peace, and continue to bring us love and laughter through our fond memories and stories.
