WALSH, Nicholas John - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Thursday, May 28, 2015, Nicholas John Walsh of Conception Harbour - Age 74 years, after a twelve year battle with Parkinson's Disease.

Predeceased by his parents: Patrick and Mary Walsh; his brother Mike McGrath; and nephew Michael Connors.

Leaving to mourn his sisters: Mary Frances Connors (Fred deceased), Betty Walsh, and Margaret Sparrow; special niece Nancy Moriarity; several other nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. Also his caregiver Loretta Woodford.

At Nicholas's request cremation has taken place. Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Monday, June 1st from 10am-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015, at 10:30am from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Conception Harbour. Interment to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Conception Harbour.
