WHELAN, Patrick (Frank) - Passed peacefully away at his late residence in Colliers on Thursday, June 11th, 2015, Patrick (Frank) Whelan - Age 85 years.

Predeceased by his parents: Matthew and Ellen Whelan; brothers: Willie and Jim; and sister Agnes Costigan.

Leaving to mourn sister-in-law Bernice; nieces: Neacey and Sandra (Tracy Morrissey); nephew Alfie; sister Mary Dunn; other nieces and nephews; special friends: Jim Ryan, Ron McGrath, Paul Brown, and Evelyn and Din Flynn; special neighbours: Maureen and Harold Noseworthy, Tony Flynn, John and Marg Hann, and Junior and Ann Tippett; extended family and friends; and his furry friends Mickey and Beethoven.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Saturday, June 13th from 10am-9pm and Sunday, June 14th from 10am-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, June 15th, 2015, at 10:30am from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Colliers. Interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Colliers.
