WALSH, Richard (Rick) John - On Saturday, July 28th, 2018, Richard (Rick) John Walsh of Avondale (formerly of St. John's), Age 56, passed suddenly away at his residence in the presence of his loving wife.

Predeceased by his father Richard Walsh; mother Alice Walsh; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Leaving to mourn his loving wife Linda of 30 years; step-son Jeff Worthman (Vonda), Bonneville, Alberta; step-daughter Amy Worthman (Chris Waldorf), Lloydminster, Alberta; and step-grandchildren: Alexandra and Drew Worthman.  Also, a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and very special friend Ed Baker, St. John's.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Friday, August 3rd, from 11am-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place from Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Avondale, on Saturday, August 4th, 2018, at 10:30am.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick's memory can be made to the Richard Walsh Memorial Fund.
