WALSH, Wanda Marie - Passed peacefully away after a heroic struggle with cancer at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, St. John's, on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, Wanda Marie Walsh of Chapel's Cove - Age 61 years.

Predeceased by her grandparents: Leo and Mary Walsh; step-father John Joseph; aunts: Madonna Walsh, and Catherine Walsh.

Leaving to mourn her partner Leonard Pomroy; mother Laura Joseph; brothers: Tom (Debbie), and Ronald; sisters: Kim, and Tina (Mike); uncles: Kevin (Diane), Mike (Agnes), Frank (Sandra), and Greg (Norma); aunts: Mary (Don), and Carol (Ed); numerous cousins: Cathy, Kelly, Darlene, Jessie, Gary, Tony, Raymond, Derek, Desiree, Michelle, Melanie, Melissa, Megan, Kevin Jr., Anthony, Lori Anne, and Michael Jr.  Also, special friends: Lorraine Conway, Ursula Lewis, Theresa Moriarity, Betty Gorman, and Theresa Whelan.

Resting at Flaherty's Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Monday, April 5th, from 10:00am-9:00pm, and Tuesday, April 6th, from 10:00am-9:00pm.  Respecting COVID-19 Regulations, please remember to practice "Social Distancing" during the visitation.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Conception Harbour, on Wednesday, April 7th, 2021, at 10:30am.

Interment to follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Conception Harbour.
